1. SERVICES

Spruce Mobile Detailing offers mobile detailing services for RVs, cars, trucks, motorcycles, and boats. We bring our equipment directly to your location for your convenience.

2. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments are scheduled via phone or email confirmation. Please note the following:

• Customers must provide a safe workspace and vehicle access at the scheduled time
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather to ensure service quality and staff safety

3. PAYMENTS

Payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept multiple payment methods. Please note that pricing may adjust based on the vehicle's actual condition upon arrival.

4. LIABILITY & DAMAGE

We perform pre-service inspections on every vehicle. Please be aware of the following:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or faulty components
• Customers are requested to remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service
• We are not liable for lost or damaged personal property left in vehicles

5. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. A final inspection is performed together with the customer at the end of each service, allowing any issues to be resolved on-site.
